At Dusk is a web-based application provided by Art Venture Tech Sweden AB, a company registered in Sweden. The Service is accessible at atdusk.app.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You may create an account by signing in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@atdusk.app if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Art Venture Tech Sweden AB or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
At Dusk uses artificial intelligence to generate content such as story text, narrative elements, and world-building material. All AI-generated content produced by the Service — including content generated in response to your prompts or interactions — is owned exclusively by Art Venture Tech Sweden AB. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that you do not acquire any intellectual property rights in AI-generated content.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read, use, and enjoy AI-generated content within the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, sell, or sublicense AI-generated content outside of the Service without our express written permission.
Content you yourself author and submit to the Service — such as original text, world descriptions, or character details ("User Content") — remains your own. By submitting User Content, you grant Art Venture Tech Sweden AB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
The Service uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication and, with your consent, Google Analytics for usage analytics. Your use of Google's services is subject to Google's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services linked to or integrated with the Service.
We use essential cookies necessary for the Service to function, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the Service is used. Analytics cookies are only set with your explicit consent. For full details, see the Cookies and Tracking section of our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Art Venture Tech Sweden AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
